The Silvester family is deep rooted in hospitality having been in the industry for many decades. Simon, our Managing Director, has been leading teams in the hospitality industry for many years, working with senior and well-known figureheads such Albert Roux and Gary Rhodes – to name but a few!
We offer a bespoke service, and our number one goal is to ensure that our clients and customers are happy. Building long term relationships with them is important to us and we work hard to nurture great relationships too.
We choose our suppliers carefully. We want to help local companies and use local produce so we select our suppliers for quality, ensuring that our ingredients are ethically sourced, fresh, nutritious and as natural as can be. Anything that doesn’t make the cut, doesn’t make it to the plate!
